Lisa and Rachael were so helpful and supportive during the entire process.They provided very clear instructions for what I needed to do, and followed up with vendor solicitors/bank very closely. Before I can really give a review of Lisa McKenna’s skills as a solicitor, I need to come clean about a few things.  My wife and I bought our first home and enlisted Lisa’s services.  We had no idea what we were doing.  We approached the process with a lot of anxiety and misplaced emotion.  We were a bit of a mess to be honest, and that was amplified 10x by a lot of confusion coming from the estate agent-side of the transaction.

Enter Lisa.  She helped us understand the process.  She answered our questions.  She gave us valuable context to understand our situation.  She was patient and kind with us.  And in the end the deal went well and we now own a house we love.  I can honestly say that our deal would have fallen through had it not been for Lisa’s calm, her patience, her experience and expertise, and her kindness.
