    The Cabinet has approved legislation that will grant a temporary and conditional delay on tenant terminations for the length of the present housing crisis, according to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien. No-fault tenancy terminations scheduled for the next winter months will be postponed until 31 March 2023 under the Residential Tenancies (Deferment of Termination Dates of Certain Tenancies) Bill 2022.
